My name is Dustin Allen, The youth minister here at North View.  I am 26 years old. I have been in youth ministry for 6 years. I am excited about all the things going on at the church, and all of the opportunities that we have and are still having to impact our community. My goal for the youth group of North View is to help the youth grow in their faith, and at the same time impacting their friends lives. Showing Christ's love through all they do and say.
